Restore purchases
- Open VoText and go to Settings, then Account and credits.
- Tap Restore purchases and confirm with the Apple Account you paid with.
Subscriptions always come back with the Apple Account that bought them. Top-up credits belong to your VoText account: sign in with Apple or email to keep them after reinstalling or on a new device. Without signing in, credits stay with the iPhone or iPad they were bought on.
Cancel a subscription
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Choose VoText and tap Cancel Subscription.
Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and credits you already have stay until they expire.

Request a refund
Apple handles all payments for VoText, so refunds are requested from Apple.
Delete your account
You can delete your account in the app or by email.
Common questions
I bought credits but my balance did not change.
Make sure you are connected to the internet, then go to Settings, Account and credits and tap Restore purchases. If the balance still has not changed, email us with the date of the purchase. Apple’s receipt email is enough, and we never need your card details.
The transcript has mistakes in names or terms.
Tap any word to correct it. If the recording is in one language, choosing it before you transcribe usually helps with names and technical terms.
Can I use VoText without sending audio to AI services?
Recording, reading your transcripts and exporting always work on your device. On iPhone and iPad models with on-device speech recognition, some languages can also be transcribed without leaving the device.
How do I stop VoText from sending my audio or text anywhere?
Go to Settings, AI providers and privacy, and withdraw your permission. VoText will ask again before it sends anything.
